Thank you for choosing TikGo for your event bookings. We strive to provide the best experience for both event organizers and attendees. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for bookings made through our platform.

1. General Policy

TikGo serves as a facilitator between event organizers and attendees. Refunds are subject to the specific refund policy set by the event organizer. TikGo does not determine individual event refund terms and is not liable for refunds outside of this policy.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Event cancellation: If an event is canceled by the organizer, attendees are entitled to a full refund, including booking fees.
  • Event rescheduling: If an event is rescheduled, the organizer may offer attendees the option to receive a refund or attend on the new date.
  • Technical issues: If you were charged in error due to a technical issue (e.g., double payment), please contact our support team within 7 days for resolution.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Change of personal plans or inability to attend
  • Late arrival or failure to show up
  • Tickets purchased under “non-refundable” terms set by the organizer
  • User error (e.g., wrong ticket type or quantity selected)

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Log in to your TikGo account
  2. Go to My Bookings
  3. Select the booking in question
  4. Click Request Refund (if available), or contact the organizer directly via the event page

If the event organizer has enabled manual review, your request will be reviewed within 5–7 business days.

5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days to your original method of payment. TikGo is not responsible for additional delays caused by banks or payment providers.

6. Disputes & Support

If you believe a refund was wrongly denied or have concerns about an event’s legitimacy, please contact our support team at support@tikgo.com or use our in-platform live chat. We are committed to protecting the integrity of our marketplace.

7. Policy Updates

TikGo reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date.
